Roland sped down NE 72 Ave. and ran a red light at NE Vancouver Mall Dr. Roland continued north on NE 72 Ave. when he tried to pass another car by turning left into a driveway and struck the vehicle attempting to make a turn, causing Roland's car to hit two other unoccupied vehicles.
