    A Mill Valley burglary suspect was arrested at his residence in Vallejo with the help of a partial license plate number obtained by the crime victim, a sheriff's investigator said Wednesday. Damien Tramaine Crowder-Hill, 23, was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of burglary, unlawful possession of ammunition and violating the terms of his probation.
