    The Oneida Indian Nation is set to unveil slot machines at one of the convenience stores it owns near the tribe's central New York casino. A spokesman for the Oneidas tells the Observer-Dispatch of Utica that the machines will be operating starting Monday at the SavOn gas station in the Madison County village of Canastota, 20 miles east of Syracuse.
