    Several neighbor peered out of their windows, and other stood outside on the sidewalk, on Wednesday night as authorities removed the bodies of the three homicide victims from 1908 Whitesboro St. All three of the victims are related. According to the Utica Police Department the suspect, 21-year-old Paul Bumbalo is also a relative.
