TRENTON - Two Essex County men were each sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison Wednesday for the closing-time robbery of a Target Store in Union on "Black Friday" in 2012, federal prosecutors say. Lavell Jones, 29, of East Orange, and Darrell Carter, 25, of Irvington, each pleaded guilty last year to their roles in the Nov. 23, 2012 holdup.
