    A Union City man faces assault, fleeing and other charges in a police pursuit that began in Erie and ended 23 miles south in Union City early Monday morning. State police said this morning that criminal charges have been filed through the office of Erie 2nd Ward District Judge Paul Urbaniak against Justin M. Civetti, 28. Civetti is currently in the Erie County Prison on a probation detainer and awaits arraignment on the charges.
