    The police department issued warrants May 8 for the arrest of a 33-year-old Tallmadge man, accused of secretly recording at least two female employees in a pizza franchise bathroom with disguised video equipment. Paul M. Strebler, of Norton Road in Tallmadge and manager of Romeo's Pizza at 9637 Ravenna Road for five years in Twinsburg, will be charged with one felony and one misdemeanor voyeurism charge upon his arrest for the alleged surreptitious taping of the females, 20 and 17 years old, according to police.
