The trial began Nov. 19. Gregory S. Kudla, 38, of Gettysburg Drive, pleaded not guilty May 28 to eight counts of rape ; five counts of gross sexual imposition ; eight counts of sexual battery ; and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles .
