    Emergency workers from Seneca County and Trumansburg responded to a fatal, one-car accident Thursday morning on Route 96. One person died at the scene, one person was taken by Guthrie helicopter to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa., and two people were taken by Bangs Ambulance to Robert Packer, Trumansburg Fire Chief Jason Fulton said.
