Indiana State University police have arrested a student from Indianapolis in the shooting of another student in a residence hall stairwell at the Terre Haute campus. Police Chief Joe Newport says in a news release that 21-year-old Calvin McCauley of Indianapolis was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of attempted murder. Comment?
