    A document preparation business with locations in Watertown and Syracuse has agreed to a settlement with the New York State Attorney General's office. Under terms of the settlement approved by a State Supreme Court judge, Legal Docs By Me will refund customers who had documents prepared between the store's opening dates and when a temporary restraining order was put in place on June 25. The Watertown location on Franklin street opened in March of this year and the Syracuse location opened in May. CEO Derek Distenfield says checks will be mailed out to dozens of customers this week.
