    A former Susanville resident is under arrest today on murder and attempted murder charges, and a second suspect is being sought. Detectives from the Susanville Police Department - with assistance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Glenn County Sheriff's Office, the Butte County Sheriff's SWAT Team and the California Highway Patrol - arrested former Susanville resident Ronald Jay Benjamin, 26, at a residence in a rural part of Glenn County on Thursday, Jan. 15. Benjamin was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant issued by the Lassen County Superior Court.
