Jackson Stuart Bailey, 20, of the 100 block of Walnut Circle, was charged May 4 with forgery, a Class 3 felony; possession of a prescription form, a Class 4 felony; and attempted acquisition of a controlled substance by forgery, a Class A misdemeanor.

The free concert, scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 28, will celebrate the life of Tyler Caruso, a St. Charles East High School student leader, musician, athlete, and community activist, who died unexpectedly of cardiac arrest on July 14, 2002, at the age of 17. Caruso was one of the original high school representatives on the board of the Downtown St. Charles Partnership.
