    Police were called to Owls Nest Road early Friday to investigate a report that a man had threatened a neighbor, but the suspect in question did not answer his phone so deputies waited more than four hours for him to leave his home to arrest him, according to a news release issued Saturday by the York County Sheriff's Office. Andrew Mayer, 46, was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Friday when he "came outside to walk his dog and was apprehended by awaiting deputies," Chief Deputy William L. King Jr. said in the statement.
