Police: Solon man struck teenagers with saw blade
Around 7 p.m., police responded to an incident at 310 S. Dubuque St. Officials said Courtney J. Michel, 23, of Solon struck a 13-year-old in the upper arm and a 15-year-old in the forearm with a saw blade "without justification." The teenagers received lacerations, but officials said the injuries were minor. Comment?
