    Sheridan College is finalizing a new, stand-alone Sexual Assault and Sexual Violence Policy and Protocol that will be in place by March 31. At a meeting in Toronto last week, the presidents of Ontario's 24 public colleges voted to endorse a uniform policy for victims of sexual violence and a protocol that outlines a school's responsibility.     The Sheridan Bruins won the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association men's soccer championship Saturday on their home turf in Oakville, defeating the Vancouver Island University Mariners 5-4 in a game that seemed like it might never end. The game was decided in penalty kicks, which also went into extra shooters, when Bruins' midfielder Chris Di Vizio-Mendes converted on his shot to seal the victory for Sheridan in theatrical fashion.

"We started off really strong early on, but after that and in particular in the second half, we kind of struggled," Bruins head coach Andrew Seuradge said.
