    One person was reported killed when a small ultralight plane crashed just south of the Sebring International Raceway just before noon Monday. Nell Hays, Highlands County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman, said the crash was reported to the sheriff's office at 11:46 a.m. It was close to a canal at 7701 Pine Glen Road, where emergency crews responded.
