    On Tuesday, March 25, 2015 at approx 6:49 pm Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green received a call of a non-injury collision involving an overturned tractor trailer that was blocking the eastbound lane of KY 90 East of Glasgow. The preliminary investigation indicates that Larry Monroe of Scottsville was operating a 1999 International tractor trailer and was traveling east on KY 90 approx 5 miles east of Glasgow when he went off the right side of the roadway and overturned, blocking the eastbound lane, closing KY 90 East for approx 2 1/2 hours.
