Lori Hegarty, the recreation coordinator for the Sanford Parks & Recreation Department, said that her favorite Christmas tradition is making Lefse, which is a traditional Norwegian flat bread.

    Dec. 17--LEBANON, Maine -- As Lebanon faces possible repossession of one of its two ambulances, Frisbie Memorial Hospital and some neighboring towns are imposing a fee on Lebanon, for times when the rescue department is unable to respond in its own town. Frisbie, and rescue departments in Milton, North Berwick and Sanford, are asking that Lebanon pay a $2,000 primary responder fee each time one of the four ambulance services responds to Lebanon and Lebanon's rescue team is unable to come to the scene.
