    Marcus Serhan , 41, tried to flee from Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies after they approached his car on First Street in Rodeo, authorities said. Serhan allegedly drove off and led deputies on a chase to San Pablo and back on Interstate 80. He was arrested about 11:40 a.m., authorities said, and booked on one count of murder.
