    A professional skateboarder whose loud parties have angered his San Juan Capistrano neighbors has been charged with being a public nuisance, but his court hearing has been repeatedly delayed because the parties continue and prosecutors continue to file charges. Nyjah Huston, who turns 20 on Sunday , is to be arraigned on Dec. 11 on eight misdemeanor charges related to what neighbors describe as out-of-control soirees at his mansion that go until the early morning.
