    A Houston man allegedly told federal agents that he tricked his own brother, along with his brother's wife and two children, into unknowingly sneaking loads of methamphetamine to Houston from the Texas-Mexico border. Homeland Security Investigations agents in February was tipped by a confidential source that a drug-trafficking group was using a family as cover for having a car driven here with the drugs hidden in a secret compartment, according to an affidavit filed in federal court by Homeland Security Investigations.
