    A Bexar County Jail security monitor has been suspended without pay for allegedly evading a San Antonio police officer who was attempting to stop him on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, officials said. Frank Cerna , a civilian who has worked at the Bexar County Jail for 18 years, will be under suspension for 10 days or until the Sheriff's Office concludes its investigation, a Bexar County spokesman confirmed Tuesday.
