He allegedly used abusive and obscene language when motel staff attempted to assist him when he entered the Econo Lodge in an allegedly heavily intoxicated state, attempted to enter multiple other rooms before locating his room and fell in the hallway.

Dixon, 25, of Miami, Fla., with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was turned over to troopers at 5:40 p.m. Saturday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers. He was found in possession of a small amount of hashish oil inside an electronic cigarette during a secondary inspection at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown.

Mr. Mitchell allegedly slapped and struck Ashley M. Logan during an argument that took place when three children under the age of nine were at the residence.
