    A dramatic video from a California Highway Patrol car dashboard camera was played repeatedly in Riverside County Superior Court this week in the trial of a man accused of stabbing and pummeling a CHP officer trying to prevent him from jumping off an overpass onto the 91 in 2012. Officer Dane Norem, who remains on limited duty because of an eye injury, held on to Javier Hernandez, 48, of Riverside as off-duty officers and a civilian tried to stop the attack while ducking the knife-wielding man.
