The stations, which are open from 8 to 10 a.m. on Wednesdays in Ridgewood, 7:30-9:30 a.m. on Thursdays in Kew Gardens, and 7:30-9:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Briarwood, have early morning hours so commuters can drop off their waste on the way to work.
