    Richmond, Ind. - Norman H. "Squidd" Barr 75 of Richmond died unexpectedly August 19, 2014 at Reid Hospital, peacefully surrounded by his family. He was born December 11, 1938 in Sparta, Tennessee to Alvin and Katherine Demps Barr and lived here most of his life. He retired as Office manager of Western-Cullen-Hayes, Inc. and was an Army veteran serving in the First Armored Division at Fort Hood, Texas. He was a graduate of Richmond Senior High School, and graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He was a former member of Forest Hills Country Club and the Indiana Football Hall of Fame. Norman loved life, his family, his many friends, music, and golf. Survivors include his wife of 15 years Victoria, two daughters Amy Barr and Melissa Barr Barkley of Fishers, one step son Damien Bujeker of Honolulu, Hawaii, one grandson Kiran Barr of Fishers, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of life will be held for Norman Sunday 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. September 14, 2014 at Forest Hills Country Club. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society 4567 Progress Drive Columbus, Indiana 47201 or Animal Care Alliance 4101 National Road West Richmond, Indiana 47374. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral home is handling arrangements. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at www.stegallberheideorr.co

    Richmond, Ind. - Sally B. Lloyd 82 of Richmond died August 14, 2014 at Clare Bridge in Carmel. She was born July 9, 1932 in Wayne County to Jesse and Clara Weidman Baker and was raised in Hagerstown and lived in Wayne County all her life. Sally formerly owned Wheeler's Restaurant and the City Restaurant with her husband. She worked as a bus driver for Richmond Community Schools and bail bondwoman. She was a 1950 graduate of Hagerstown High School. She was a member of the Wayne County Historical Museum, and Kirk Little V.F.W. Post 1108 Ladies Auxiliary. She was a lifelong lover of animals, and enjoyed being a charitable donor to various animal shelters in Wayne County. Sally enjoyed traveling, spending winters with her daughter and grandsons in Australia. Survivors include two children Rebecca Godek of Richmond and Robert Lloyd of Indianapolis, two grandsons John and Adam Godek of Melbourne, Australia, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Her husband Robert died in 1995 and one son John died in 1992. Memorial services will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday September 6, 2014 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with James Lloyd officiating. Private burial will be in Elkhorn Cemetery. Friends may call 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Saturday September 6, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Animal Welfare Shelter 1825 Chester Blvd Richmond, Indiana 47374 or Boys and Girls Club of Wayne County 1717 South L Street Richmond, Indiana 47374. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at www.stegallberheideorr.com.
