    Legislation linking an important segment of the 'Lake to Sound Trail' that will connect the cities of Burien, Renton, Tukwila, SeaTac and Des Moines received unanimous approval by the Metropolitan King County Council on Tuesday, Oct. 21. The legislation, sponsored by Councilmember Dave Upthegrove, was approved by the Council at its Oct. 20 meeting. It authorizes an agreement between King County and the City of SeaTac and the City of Burien to design and build a trail along Des Moines Memorial Drive that will connect both cities.
