    Of the two cars that hit the pedestrian, the first is still on scene and cooperating with police. Reno Police officials say they are actively looking for a second vehicle that ran over the body, and that the car is described as a light colored sedan that was last seen at 4:42 a.m. Police say they suspect the pedestrian was possibly in the cross walk when initially hit.

    Reno police have arrested a suspect in a series of shootings around town, including one earlier this month on the University of Nevada campus. 19-year-old Bradley Lujan of Reno has been charged with numerous counts of assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm in a public, robbery and drug offenses.

Reno attorney Theresa Ristenpart also says it appears the victim was holding a black flashlight that Burgarello could have mistaken for a gun when he claims he acted in self-defense in killing Cody Devine and seriously injuring Janai Wilson in February.
