    A Redwood City man accused of threatening to shoot a building manager and flinging her dog 10 feet into the air must stand trial, a judge ruled Tuesday following a preliminary hearing. San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said John Allen Spears, 51, has been charged with residential burglary, felony threats, felony false imprisonment and felony obstructing a police officer.
