Delfosse, 41, of 8716 state Route 56, Raymondville with a felony count of failure to register an address change with the sex offender registry within 10 days of a move. Deputies allege Delfoose moved from his registered address on County Route 38, Norfolk, to his Route 56 address in Ocrober without notifying the state registry of his address change.

    A Raymondville man charged with stealing blank checks from his grandmother's checkbook and forging and cashing four checks to gain nearly $1,400 in cash has pleaded guilty to a reduced count in Massena Town Court. Massena-based state police had charged Justin L. Lafleur, 27, of 1 Sunset Drive with four felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and a single count of fourth-degree grand larceny.

    Massena-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 7:20 p.m. Thursday on state Route 37B in the town of Louisville. Troopers said Helen Lapage, 48, of Raymondville lost control of her vehicle, went off the north shoulder of the roadway and struck a utility pole.
