    A Rathdrum man who shot and killed a wolf at the end of last year and ticketed for it is leaving it up to a jury to decide if he's guilty or not. Forrest Mize, 53 went to a pre-trial conference on Tuesday and said he passed up a plea deal offered by the Kootenai County Prosecutor's Office.
