Meirose responded to the call to a house in the Lakota Homes Community near the Rushmore Mall shortly after 6 p.m., and ended up firing several rounds at Allen Locke.

    Susan Schrader, age 53, of Pine Ridge, was found guilty Thursday, Dec. 18, of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance following a federal jury trial in Rapid City. Schrader is one of 10 people from Custer, Pine Ridge and Rapid City indicted by a federal grand jury on cocaine charges last May. The charges relate to distribution of cocaine and marijuana, primarily on the Pine Ridge Reservation, beginning as early as 2005 and continuing up to the indictment.
