    A woman is the second person charged with possessing heroin after officials found a "large amount" of the drug at a house fire Jan. 13, officials said. Nicole E. Purdy, 42, of 4363 U.S. Route 11 in Pulaski, is charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
