Hunter of the 2900 block of Anna Way in Gilbertsville, a driver of one of the vehicles involved, allegedly refused to submit to both field sobriety and chemical tests to determine if he was intoxicated, township Ofc.

Tom Quigley - whose 146th District includes Lower Pottsgrove and Limerick townships, and Royersford, Trappe, and part of Pottstown boroughs - was named last week with three other members to the House Education Committee's Higher Education Subcommittee, he reported Friday in an e-mail. The subcommittee is responsible for focusing on legislation that involves post-secondary education, including the examination of prospective bills before they come to the entire committee for a vote, and gathering information in public and field hearings.
