Higley, was sentenced to five years probation this week for stealing several items from Bainbridge State College in Georgia, according to WCTV, a Georgia television station. Ms. Higley, who was employed as vice president of business affairs and plant operations at Bainbridge from 2006 to 2009, was charged along with three other employees with stealing a tractor, golf cart, ice machine, two portable storage buildings and other items from the institution, according to South Georgia District Attorney Joseph K. Mulholland.
