A 25-year-old Portland man was found dead Tuesday afternoon partially submerged near the borough's pedestrian bridge across the Delaware River, the Northampton County coroner said. Neil C. Brodt III of the 200 block of Main Street was found at 12:50 p.m. along a snow-covered strip of land that juts into the river, Coroner Zachary Lysek said.
