    Port Washington-Saukville School District voters narrowly approved a $49.4 million referendum in Tuesday's election, clearing the way for a sweeping overhaul of the district's high school and an elementary school addition to alleviate overcrowding. Fifty-two percent of voters who cast ballots voted in favor of the most expensive referendum in the history of the district, which passed by a 208-vote margin, 2,237-2,092, according to unofficial results from the Ozaukee County Clerk.
