Once at the hospital, Port St. Lucie Police Chief, John Bolduc, says Moore refused a breathalyzer and blood test by police, and was arrested for D.U.I. Police will subpoena hospital blood tests to check his Blood Alcohol Content level, but say they know it was above the legal limit.
