Daniel Reddington Boozer, 20, Port Orchard, was charged with one count of first-degree assault in Kitsap County Superior Court on Jan. 20. According to charging papers, Kitsap County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a boat ramp after 12:30 p.m. after someone reported the suspect used brass knuckles and that two people were on the ground - one not breathing and the other seizing.
