    A Montana man who created an online bulletin board that allowed members to exchange child pornography is one of 11 men from eight states who were recently sentenced to between 15 and nearly 19 years in federal prison, the U.S. Department of Justice said. The men, including Paul Wencewicz, 48, of Polson, Mont., pleaded guilty in March and April to conspiracy to advertise child pornography and were sentenced by U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy during hearings held in Missoula between Oct. 21 and 28. Two other defendants, Joshua Peterson, 45, of Prescott, and Steven Grovo, 35, of Shirley, Mass., were found guilty earlier this month of participating in a child exploitation enterprise and conspiracy to advertise child pornography.
