    According to the Point Pleasant Police Department, around 1 p.m. on Saturday, officers with the PPPD and Mason County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to the area of Ohio St. and Madison Ave. after receiving a call from Mason County 911 alerting them of a man being stabbed. Officers were also alerted of a suspect fleeing on foot from the aera.
