Artist Gary Winter credits the old Kolln Hardware building on Main Street and Division for the idea that brought him fame in Pleasanton: creating miniature wooden replicas of its historic buildings.

The housing ordinance was approved after City Manager Nelson Fialho and Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development, said the detailed document had been reviewed and accepted by the California Department of Housing and Community Development as meeting state housing mandates through 2023.
