    The driver, Logan D. Norton, of Pleasant Lake, was traveling west on County Road L in Williams County, Ohio, at about 10:22 p.m. and failed to stop at the intersection of County Road L and County Road 1000 East in Steuben County, according to a release from the Steuben County Sheriff's Department.
