Massena-based state police said Vernon A. Maxham, 28, of South Royalton, Vt., was operating a 2014 Freightliner westbound on Route 11 when he became distracted and failed to notice a vehicle operated by Marcel Paradis, 74, of Altona slowing at the Route 11 intersection slowing down as a vehicle operated by Kathy L. Baumgarten, 57, of Plattsburgh prepared to make a turn at the Route 11C intersection.

Clarkson Sr. of Sloan-Kettering Institute, aims to identify diffusible factors in high-density cancer cells that cause them to make other low-density cells grow.
