    A Plainview woman has filed a federal lawsuit against Hale County, the Hale County Sheriff and two Hale County jail employees claiming she was raped by a jailer while in custody in December. The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Lubbock, claims the woman and her husband were pulled over about 1:30 a.m. Dec. 14 while on their way home to Plainview after attending a party in Lubbock.
