Maxx in the Grimes Industrial Park in Pittston Township, according to real estate broker Charles Adonizio of Atlas Realty. Indianopolis-based Scannell Properties, developer for FedEx Ground, purchased a 38-acre parcel off Freeport Road for $950,000, according to a deed from Luzerne County Recorder of Deeds.
