Steven Cecil Dykes was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. Detectives with the Sheriff's Crimes Against Children Unit said the crime occurred sometime late Wednesday, Feb. 18, or early Thursday, Feb. 19, at a home on 71st Street in Pinellas Park.
