    A man is in jail after he stole narcotics from a pharmacy in the town of Phoenix earlier this month, police said in a news release. Cody Michael Hall, 22, of 744 County Route 10 in Pennellville, was arrested by Phoenix and state police officers around 11:45 a.m. Thursday on Route 31 in the town of Cicero.
