    Three children were injured and transported by ambulances from the scene of a multiple vehicle accident in the afternoon of Thursday, Feb. 13. First responders arrived on scene at Eckmansville Road to find a rear-end collision between two cars. Jeremy Burns, 30, of Peebles, was driving southbound on Eckmansville Road in a red, 2012 Nissan Sentra while being followed by Lora Zimmerman, 34, of Winchester, driving a red, 2006 Dodge Charger.

Judge Brett Spencer of the Common Pleas Court set Moman's bond at $500,000. Murder is a special felony with a penalty of imprisonment for an indefinite term of 15 years to life.
