    Baytown police shot and killed a man early Tuesday after he pointed what turned out to be a pellet rifle at an officer on a city street, officials said. Police said a man, later identified as 21-year-old Benjamin Quezada, was carrying a gun and wearing camouflage clothing while standing in the roadway intersection.
